Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Pixel Pilgrim Studios LLC (“Pixel Pilgrim Studios,” “PPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your right to privacy and strives to protect the personal information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Services operated by Pixel Pilgrim Studios LLC, including pixelpilgrimstudios.com and any mobile applications published by Pixel Pilgrim Studios LLC (each an “App,” collectively the “Apps”).

If an App or service is provided on behalf of a third party (for example, a client), that product may include an additional privacy notice. In that case, the app-specific notice controls for that product.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) limited information from third parties.

A) Information you provide

  • Contact information (such as name and email) when you contact support or submit a form
  • Support content you choose to send (messages, attachments, and details included in a ticket)
  • Account information when an App supports sign-in (varies by product)
  • User content you create, upload, or store inside an App (varies by product)

B) Information collected automatically (usage and device data)

When you use the Services, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • Device and app information (device type, OS version, app version, language, time zone, identifiers)
  • Log and usage data (IP address, crash logs, diagnostic data, timestamps, interactions, feature usage)
  • Approximate location (generally derived from IP address; typically at country/region level)

We use this information primarily for security, debugging, reliability, analytics, and improving the Services.

C) Information from third parties (limited)

  • App stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) for purchase/subscription status (we do not receive full payment card details)
  • Payment processors if you purchase directly from us (if/when offered)
  • Cloud/hosting providers used to store data when you enable cloud sync or online features

3. Accounts and cloud sync

Some of our Apps support login and cloud sync. If you enable cloud features, data you choose to sync may be stored on our backend or with cloud providers we use to deliver the service. We aim to collect and store only what’s necessary to operate the feature, but the exact fields vary by App.

4. How we use information

  • To provide and operate the Services
  • To maintain and improve reliability, performance, and user experience
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests
  • To send service-related messages (security alerts, policy updates, operational notices)
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our terms
  • To comply with legal obligations

5. Notifications and communications

Some Apps may send push notifications (for reminders or app functionality). You can control notifications in your device settings. We may also send administrative emails related to your account or service updates.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We share information only as needed, including:

  • Service providers (hosting, databases/storage, analytics/crash reporting, customer support tools, payment processing if/when offered)
  • Legal and safety (to comply with law, protect rights/safety, investigate fraud or abuse)
  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy)

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of data and product.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (and in some jurisdictions under 16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To make a privacy request, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
